As a member of our team, the selected candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced manufacturing engineer or technician with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in heavy-duty manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in agricultural, mining, truck, automotive, and trailer manufacturing and design. This role will require a blend of time on the shop floor, technical proficiency, leadership, and the ability to manage and contribute to complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Lead the design and manufacturing of heavy-duty systems and components for industries such as agriculture, mining, trucks, and trailers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and improvements for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on projects exceeding $200,000 in CapEx.
Design welded joints and understand the MIG welding process, including weld symbols and certifications (AWS or equivalent).
Apply problem-solving skills to overcome technical challenges and ensure project success.
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines.
Drive continuous improvement by offering innovative solutions and working hands-on to ensure quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
5-10 years of hands on experience in manufacturing/design, specifically in heavy-duty industries (Agriculture, Mining, Trucks, Auto, Trailers, etc.).
Educational background in a related field (e.g., Technician, Technical, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering).
Strong experience with hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
Welding experience, including design of welded joints, understanding of MIG welding, and familiarity with AWS or equivalent certifications.
Demonstrated leadership and technical expertise on high-budget projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Energetic, adaptable, and motivated to deliver results and drive success.
Ability to spend a majority of the time on the shop floor.
Preferred:
Experience working hands on in manufacturing environments with a focus on heavy-duty systems.
Ability to manage complex projects from concept through to execution.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Contribute to automation and control system designs, with experience or knowledge of PLCs and Allen Bradley programming.

As a key member of our Machining Planning team, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and quality in our manufacturing processes. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will apply engineering theory and principles to optimize production rates, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process improvements, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Preferred Education and Experience

Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
· Support Project Manager with day-to-day operations of construction projects.
· Manage and organize all project documents including RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and more.

Qualifications:

· Valid driver's license and clean record.
· Willingness and ability to travel.

The Project Engineer II has at least 5 years of experience as a Licensed Engineer (Electrical). The successful candidate should possess an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree of Engineering. The candidate must have at least 3 years of Revit experience. This position is primarily responsible for the technical engineering and production aspects of medium to large projects from conceptual design through construction closeout.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads in-house building systems design / engineering team through development of design and construction documentation process. Could also provide Project Engineer support as part of a larger project team on larger projects.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly to the Plant Manager. The Manufacturing Engineer will be directly responsible for managing and leading the relocation and integration of product lines from other facilities. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that the Manufacturing team has the information and equipment to produce designs produced by Engineering and will act as a liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
Develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes/tooling and methods in accordance with designs and specifications which support safety, quality and production standards.
Recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls. Actively participates in problem solving chronic manufacturing issues using innovative approaches to current methods and the application of lean principles.
Major responsibilities include enhancing component manufacturing by assuring that parts, or assemblies are processed and tooled to meet optimum quality, quantity and cost requirements. Provide technical support to analyze and develop manufacturing control systems. Serve as a team leader on complex assignments by interfacing with sales, quality and product engineering and manufacturing.
Other responsibilities include developing cost reduction programs through manufacturing efficiency improvements, schedule attainment and first run capability. Eliminate waste throughout the organization using Lean techniques.
Performs research, design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow and assembly methods.
Ensures any new products, whether developed organically or through transfer or acquisition, are successfully integrated into Manufacturing.
