Position Summary:

At least 2 years of experience developing eLearning modules for technical systems.
Minimum 1 year of experience creating instructor-led technical training content.

General Duties:
Aleut is in search of a highly motivated individual to develop, validate, and instruct the Intelligence Operations course material at the 319th Combat Training Squadron, Peterson SFB CO, in support of the USSF Officer Training Course (OTC).
Specific duties:
Develop, qualify on, and deliver in-residence intelligence operations course materials consistent with the principles of Instructional Systems Design (ISD), and aligned to 319 CTS instructions, security classification guides, and other guidance as identified in lesson plans.
Interface with internal and external intelligence agencies as required to update and maintain a state-of-the-art training program.
Coordinate instructional activities with the Contract Task Lead and government personnel.

What is the role?
As an experienced Instructional Designer within our Corporate Learning & Development team, you will design and develop impactful learning solutions that build employee skills, drive business performance, and support our organizational goals. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Partner with Training team members and Business Leaders to develop training that meets the needs of the company, teams, and learners

* Stewarding training projects/requests from needs analysis through development and implementation.

Job Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for coordinating, designing, and supporting effective learning experiences that advance employee performance, engagement, and organizational goals. This role combines hands-on instructional design with training operations, LMS administration, and program support. It plays a vital part in ensuring the successful execution of training initiatives across the organization.
This role creates custom learning content using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices while managing course deployment, tracking, and reporting through the Learning Management System (LMS). Learning Operations & LMS Administration

Minimum Requirements
