Key responsibilities:
* Provides transportation for RSYC members to and from the Corps
*Picks up and delivers RSYC members for field trips and extra activities.
*Drives carefully and observes/complies with all traffic signs and road/weather conditions to ensure the safety of passengers.
*Parks vehicle in a safe and clearly marked parking space.
*Locks vehicle doors when vehicle is not in use.
*Fuels vehicle in accordance with state gasoline regulations and The Salvation Army standards.
*Logs all mileage on standard forms; ensures the accuracy and completeness of the same.
*Arrives at destination according to schedule or telephones ahead when severe delays occur.
*Maintains control of passenger activities by prohibiting unsafe or non-Christian behavior.
*Records time for pickup.
*Washes and cleans vehicle regularly.
*Performs other related work as required
*When not driving will perform RSYC Youth Development Professional duties

Leadership

Ensure equitable and inclusive policy and practice through consistent engagement of employees at all levels, data analysis, and continuous improvement processes.
Provide information to staff and volunteer leadership to support management decision-making about policy issues, employee relations, staff development needs, compensation and benefits practices and costs and recruitment practices. Prepare reports summarizing human resources programs and activities.
Strategic Planning
Contribute to operational strategic planning and organizational development priorities, providing perspective on staffing, employee development, and succession planning to support strategic directions.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve human resources policies, procedures and programs to ensure they meet Club needs and motivate effective performance of staff.
Develop recommendations for implementation and modification of human resources management policies, procedures and programs to the Chief Executive Officer and Board.
Resource Management
Control expenditures against budget, particularly in recruitment, compensation, benefits and staff development. Encourages proactive strategies for responding to employee relations issues to minimize potential expenses.
Manage administrative and operational systems for maintaining all employment and personnel records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Ensure a healthy and safe environment that complies with all OSHA and other regulatory requirements, not limited to unemployment, worker's compensation, disability, and retirement regulations.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/ instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
External: Maintain contact with other Clubs, vendors, consultants, organizations, government agencies and others to achieve program goals and objectives, manage costs, share information and resolve problems.
Qualifications
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
College degree or equivalent. PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
At least five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management.
Computer literacy, including database management.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree required; degree in Data Analytics, Financial Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience in procurement analytics, cost control, business intelligence, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
1. Assist account managers in ensuring blood drives achieve goal through drive management activities such as: on-site recruitment at blood drives, giving presentations to sponsoring organizations, managing on-line appointment schedules including data entry of appointments, working sign-up tables or assisting in recruitment meeting preparations.
2. Provide oversight and record keeping in both Hemasphere and online scheduling system (OLS) to ensure blood drives are properly managed and to provide tracking and statistical data on Sponsor group performance.

This position is a unique opportunity to provide 1-on-1 care to patients in a specialty area (Therapeutic Apheresis). Our nurses get to work collaboratively with physicians and act as the go-between for the physician and the patient. You will get to travel to different hospitals and Red Cross sites. We cover the Richmond area. We do the following procedures: plasma exchange, red cell exchange, leukapheresis, stem cell harvests, photopheresis, therapeutic phlebotomies, platelet reductions, and white blood cell depletion.
Responsibilities:
You will perform Apheresis procedures autonomously in multiple settings, including critical care, emergency room, and freestanding outpatient centers.
Perform venipunctures, access central venous catheters, and access vortex and Bard ports.
Perform all phases of therapeutic apheresis procedures (plasma exchange, red cell exchange, platelet, and white cell reduction, photopheresis, and hematopoietic progenitor cell collection), to ensure safe and appropriate care of the patient and explain, as needed, the procedures for patients and their family and other attending healthcare professionals.
Act as a consultant to external health care personnel about clinical apheresis.
Assess patient status relative to therapeutic apheresis, before and during procedures, utilizing the nursing process, laboratory testing results, and other clinically significant procedures.
Coordinate closely with physicians and nurses at a variety of hospitals to arrange therapeutic apheresis treatments and facilitate coordinated care.
Evaluate patient medication for compatibility and safety of the apheresis procedure and determine when to contact the physician.
Assemble, restock, QC, and maintain supplies and equipment in a state of readiness to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
The American Red Cross will provide all necessary training. No experience is required.
Qualifications:
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and CPR certification are required.
Bachelor's degree OR a combination of education and work experience.
Two years of experience in medical/surgical or critical care nursing, OR-related experience.
Previous apheresis or dialysis experience is beneficial but not required.
Good vein selection and venipuncture skills are essential.
Good verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively discuss procedures and medical issues with patients, families, and physicians.
Customer service experience, effective verbal communication, and public relations skills are preferred.
A current, valid driver's license and a good driving record are required.

This position serves as Product Director/ Owner for the Fundraising Salesforce Sales Cloud solution. American Red Cross Fundraisers use the system to manage organizational and individual donor relationships across a range of channels. The Product Director will leverage their fundraising and/or sales functional experience along with deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud product design and capability to enable our mission outcome of leveraging the generosity of donors to provide capacity for our humanitarian mission. The role partners closely with technology and business teams, as one matrixed product team, to ensure the solution enables mission outcomes. This is a hands-on player/coach leadership role.

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm to include rotating weekends and holidays
Pay Information:$17.86 -$18.00 per hour, plus any applicable shift differentials.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
High School diploma or equivalent
Two years' experience in a regulatory, distribution or manufacturing environment is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Good computer skills, attention to detail, accurate documentation, and good decision-making skills.
Position may require a valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
Requires standing, stretching, stooping and bending for extended time periods. Lift, pull, push and move objects of up to 50 pounds. May work in walk-in refrigerator/freezers for periods of time. May be required to wear protective clothing such as lab coats, gloves, face shields, etc.

About this opportunity:
The Lifeguard ensures that the aquatic operations are in compliance with established departmental policies and procedures. Aquatic Lifeguard is an hourly position, which may be designed full-time, part[1]time, or as needed. Under the direction and supervision of the Lead Life Guard, the Lifeguard observes swimmers, protects life, prevents accidents, enforces regulations, and does related work as required.
Key responsibilities:
Prepares reports as assigned and maintains files as directed by the Lead Life Guard.
Helps implement the plans set forth by the Aquatics Manager in accordance with The Salvation Army Policies and Procedures.
Ensures the safety and well-being of all instructors, volunteers, and participants; generates legible and accurate accident and incident reports as required.
Performs routine water chemical checks and cleaning schedules as assigned by the Aquatics Manager or Lead Life Guard.
Will work in a cooperative manner with other on-site directors of the Kroc Center program.
Follows and enforces equipment checkout program. Reports defects, necessary repairs, etc.
Qualifications

Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to plan work priorities, evaluate work performances and provide recommendations for improving productivity and efficiency of work. Maintain a variety of internal and external contacts and work cooperatively with superior and subordinate staff. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in order to accomplish work in compliance with quality standards and deadlines. Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have the ability to swim with proficiency and endurance. Must successfully tread water with a brick for 5 minutes. Have the ability to work with children, parents, and staff in a capacity of leadership, counseling and education including but not limited to: Ability to relate joyfully and sensitively to people of all ages Sensitivity to individual needs. Ability to use appropriate positive discipline consistently Dependable Ability to handle security and crisis situations, calmly Ability to seek supervision and use it consistently
