I really didn’t prepare for the interview. It was a live interview and all I had to do was show them that I had good Internet connection and I had to tell them what state I lived in

I love working remotely, being offered free courses that would allow me to advance into a better paying position and the sense of teamwork I developed over time with the other people in my department.

Heh...I used to work for Teleprrformance back when it was called The Answer Group. Did support for Compaq computers, then ATT DSL 2wire support, then SBC DSL. Are you guys still under contract to lie to the customer and tell them you don't work for a third party?

We are but we can now say where the call center is located, dont know if you could say that when you worked?

Do ~~you~~ people at your call center hate Comcast too? Are you treated and/or paid well for the work you are doing? Also, if I have spoken with you in the past about my Comcast service, sorry.

1) We do, we get mostly calls by people who are pissed by the bad service they have gotten thus far. It really leaves a bad impresion on you. 2) We are expected to follow a code of conduct and procedure while talking to clients, it kinda numbs ya after a while. And no I dont know someone in there who thinks we get paid the work we do. 3)No problem, Ive had all type of calls Im sure you were one of the good ones.
