Maintain appropriate records and reports to guarantee tight inventory control
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
During cleanout season, the Warehouse Forklift Operator assists in the greenhouse however necessary

Assist with threading line Records machine readings on the Process Center Line log sheet and notifies Key Operator or supervisor of any issues. Observes machine operation and watches material to detect any defects or machine malfunction. Records material defects with details of location and type of defect. Places appropriate cores on mandrel with double sided tape separating them to the proper width. Prints labels and prepares rolls to be unloaded with correct roll and core labels; scrapping any rolls with defects and placing in designated waste area. Prepares material to be tested online or in the lab according to the specified Line Sampling Plan. Removes rolls from mandrel placing them on a cart, checking and adjusting any core alignment issues that can be corrected. Performs machine cleaning, filter changes, and general cleaning. Transport rolls on carts to the designated packing area. Prepares materials for packaging including cardboard caps, plastic, and pallets. Records all roll numbers on the bundle log, checks, and verifies all specifications are met. Places cardboard caps, side panels, plastic, directional labels on bundles and then operate wrapping machine to stretch wrap bundle. Weigh packaged bundles, print and place packaging label on the bundle. Transport packaged bundles to the designated staging area by operating powered industrial truck.
