Translation services are performed using the Google Translate API. CBP Translate development should maximize the benefits of plug-in architecture and shareable services, while also minimizing complexity (whenever feasible), as appropriate.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, operational improvements, and digital transformation strategies within R&D functions
Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to identify pain points, develop solutions, and implement industry best practices in drug discovery and clinical trials
Drive project execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
Lead and facilitate interviews and workshops with key stakeholders, focusing on data-driven decision-making, analytics strategy, and technology adoption in R&D
Create high quality presentations, reports, and financial models to support client engagements
Support business development efforts, including proposal writing, client discussions, and identifying new consulting opportunities
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on Life Sciences R&D, working with pharmaceutical or biotech companies
Experience leading consulting engagements and managing cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment, ensuring successful project execution
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, develop strategic recommendations, and drive implementation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives, facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and create /deliver compelling presentations
Experience in defining epics, features, and user stories to support digital transformation initiatives, technology implementations, and process improvements in Life Sciences R&D
Nice-to-Haves:
Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, or MS) in a Life Science related field
Familiarity with emerging technologies in R&D, including AI/ML in drug discovery, real-world evidence (RWE), and digital clinical trials
Experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines) and understanding of global compliance requirements for drug development
Track record in business development, including proposal writing, client relationship management, and identifying new consulting opportunities
