The people are the best part of salesforce, but the perks of the facilities and the equipment you are given work with are also top notch. Work-life balance is respected and encouraged.

What do you like best about Salesforce's CEO and the leadership team?

They were very transparent and seemed to try to treat the employees well while also growing the company.

How would you improve Salesforce's culture?

Bring back the OOM, which was a way for current employees to change teams and meet people in other business units.

How did you prepare for the Salesforce interview?

Just made sure I knew my experience and was ready to talk about it.
