Description & Details The DBER Community at North Dakota State University, through the NSF-funded Collaborations in Discipline-based Education Research (CiDER) grant, has one postdoctoral fellowship beginning August 2025, for one year. Successful candidates will work with a community of DBER faculty, postdocs, and graduate students to investigate learning at the undergraduate level. Through team-based mentoring and training, the postdoctoral fellow will develop the knowledge and skills necessary for navigating institutional structures and building successful interdisciplinary collaborations. In addition, the postdoctoral fellow may mentor undergraduate assistants, develop and teach undergraduate courses, and pursue independent research questions about learning in higher education. Salary is $70,000 and includes benefits.
