The Business Lead Analyst is an individual contributor role within the RES Learning & Engagement team. The successful candidate will be an innovative, creative, and customer-service-oriented individual with proven experience. They will possess exceptional technical and project management skills, along with the ability to negotiate and deliver optimal solutions for the Real Estate Services team
Primary responsibilities include managing multiple, interconnected projects, effectively navigating project interdependencies and potential risks. This includes focusing on the ongoing SharePoint Online implementation program, employee engagement programs and other areas as needed.
+ Effectively crafting, communicating, and implementing global program objectives and strategies.
+ Coordinate resources and activities across teams to ensure smooth project execution and communicate status updates, challenges, and successes.
+ Deliver high quality work products to support stakeholder management, status reporting, and communications, ensuring project deliverables, dependencies, and risks and issues are clearly understood and cared for by the project team and senior sponsors.
+ Identify gaps and/or opportunities to work more effectively and partner with stakeholders to establish best practices and implement across the organization to expand and mature capabilities.
+ Serve as the back up to the primary instructional designer in developing/ managing real estate curriculum and courses.
+ Assisting with learning activities as needed, measurement of course attendance, impact and overall feedback.
+ Collaborating with subject matter experts to capture core criteria to help the global real estate team succeed.

Legal Program Services (LPS), within GLS, support Citi Global Legal function with delivery of complex, critical, large regulatory, strategic re-platforming and risk & control initiatives spanning multiple business lines that have an underpinning Legal component. The team leverage support from product legal & country legal teams to ensure advice and assistance is provided to the appropriate initiatives in a timely manner. The portfolio is divided into 3 sub-portfolios: Regulatory Remediation, Business Mandatory and Process Management & Improvement.
A senior project manager is required to support Legal for various regulatory, business mandatory and strategic initiatives. The individual will lead multiple workstreams, analysing processes, collating information from cross business lines, providing options and presenting recommendations to a range of business problems. From a project management perspective, the individual will facilitate plan development, definition of delivery success criteria, track deliverables, oversee junior colleagues, and assist in preparation of material for various governance forums as well as manage key stakeholders in and outside of the Legal Department. This individual will work closely with Legal lawyers, business implementation teams, central project management teams, technology, legal data and external legal counsel to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
The individual will have responsibility for regulatory / business mandatory / strategic initiatives:
+ Establish and manage multiple projects in Legal Program Services portfolio
+ Manage and operate multi projects in parallel
+ Work with colleagues at a senior level across the organization to determine Legal inputs & requirements, advocating new ideas/proposals

+ Manage technology and vendor teams as required, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success
+ Coach matrix team of business analysts/project managers providing direction and guidance to achieve project objectives.
+ Manage delivery requirements with supporting business analysts, project managers, consultants, contractors and vendor teams as required, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of programs.
**Knowledge/Experience:**
+ At least 10 years of project management/business analysis experience
+ At least 10 years work experience in Banking & Capital Markets (or consultancy)
+ Significant experience of managing large scale, complex and projects with and without technology deliveries.
+ Deep experience of financial markets in at least one domain e.g., Loans, Derivatives, Securities
