Working from home, which they are now taking away after many years of allowing it!
Too focused on their “image” and diversity/inclusion to actually care about rewarding excellent employees and weeding out the people that don’t perform. Constantly collapsing multiple positions/roles to the point management cannot perform duties effectively.
401k match, bank holidays off.
Absolutely nothing. Leadership at the executive level has no clue.
Truly care about your employees, stop the lip service and talking out both ends.
I didn’t prepare much for the interview, I let my resume and skills speak for themselves.
The compensation is below all other major competitors.
Regions prides themselves on this, to the point qualified people do not get opportunity simply because they don’t fit the “image” Regions wants to portray.
The ability to work from home.
There are opportunities to work from home.
Management does not take workers into consideration when making changes. Little real communication about changes.
I get to work from home
Nothing
Take into account how changes effect the workers.
Asked about the hiring manager and the job.
Clocking out at the end of the day.
working with others
difficult learning all requirements due to the fact material and training was constantly changes
401k contribution
Easily able to accrue Vacation time for 10 days off and off for Federal holidays.
Call Center: Irate customers on back-to-back incoming calls. Many Regions banks enforce their own policies compared to what Regions says their policy is in the database. Required to have phone calls less than 3 minutes but some callers need more assistance and can not visit the branch for assistance (handicapped, elderly, no transportation, not near a branch).
Vacation Time and Sick Time
Growth within the company
The crime & that they only care about number ,they don’t really care about the customers.
Health benefits and being able to also be able to be with my children.
I like that it is a stable company and involved in the community
Pay
Work from home
The people who work there are great and there are always interactions with customers
Support
401k match
Our customers was great and I knew them all by name.
I really prefer not doing administrative work, because it is time not spent with the customer, which is my strong suit.
Unlimited vacation time. We earned vacation time by our hours and our vacation was not caped.
I love working from home. Due to COVID-19 it was the best decision
Regions have policies set up that really don’t assist their customers was fraudulent activity on Which creates a better experience for the customer
I love their hair care and benefits of course I am I’m able to use the health savings account to pay for a medical bills throughout the year
Great PTO and healthcare benefits
Poor compensation, poor incentives, unachievable goals
Nothing
Very shady employer. Only able to advance if you know someone high up.
4 weeks vacation and 12 sick days in addition to the 10 paid holidays.
Helping the customers and keeping them coming back
The way managers talk about customers and employees in front of custmers
The gym
it was not a high pressure job, believe it or not!
the drive, rude people
we had snack events while working!
You spend a large part of your day on telemarketing calls. There is constant turnover in staff. You have to meet a quota on calls made daily, accounts opened daily and sales. "What did you get out of that conversation?" is a contant question to make sure you are selling something after every conversation with a customer.
Loyalty and Great Managers, Great Teammates
Really nothing, Great Company!
I have learned more than expected and work with and under some Great people
Stable employment, decent insurance
High turnover, problematic implementation of Aglis/SAFe
