We are currently seeking a Junior Data Management Analyst to join our team remotely.
What you'll do:
The Data Management Analyst will provide Data Analysis and Data Base Management support to the U.S. Navy's SEA21 Program Office
Responsibilities:
* Track and monitor data submissions
* Provide status reporting on data submissions as defined by the statement of work (SOW)
* Receive, handle, and transfer classified data via hard copy or by electronic means
* Review and consolidate functional change and enhancement requests for the database
* Provide a quality check to verify proper incorporation of all approved changes to the baseline documents
* Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. Qualifications:

Under supervision of senior personnel:
Assist in providing Business & Financial Management support to a navy acquisition program office

The Senior Policy Analyst leads a team of health professionals in developing health plan reimbursement policies that further the strategic goals of the Department of Defense/Defense Health Agency to provide the highest quality of care to Military Health System beneficiaries.
The policy analysts analyze TRICARE reimbursement program policies in comparison to other Government and private health care programs. Services assist to identify the need for and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of reimbursement program changes. Identify practices designed to circumvent TRICARE reimbursement cost control, incorporate policy projects in the TRICARE Manuals, and support development of national guidelines regarding TRICARE program coverage in the areas of medical benefits, provider certification, reimbursement and special benefits.

* Develop background and position papers on reimbursement issues that focus on those practices adopted by providers designed to circumvent or offset cost controls of TRICARE reimbursement and the results of reimbursement regulations and instructions implemented to meet specific program cost control problems.
* Document all policies and develop the organization and maintenance procedures for such policies. For all assigned policy projects, assist with development and coordination of the approved changes of the TRICARE Policy Manual, the TRICARE Reimbursement Manual, the TRICARE Operations Manual, the TRICARE Systems Manual and new releases.
* Assist the Government Point of Contact with the administration of responses to inquiries from military services, Congress, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and other governmental and nongovernmental agencies regarding TRICARE reimbursement issues and provides those entities administrative support, coordination, advice, and evaluation relative to TRICARE reimbursement policies research, write, develop, evaluate and coordinates program and policy changes and initiatives for new and emerging technologies.
* Update and monitor the TRICARE Reimbursement website to ensure currency and accuracy of information.
* Support quarterly updates to reimbursement systems, including participating in research coding, healthcare Contractor meetings and other venues to resolve questions/comments regarding current TRICARE payment and policies.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
Possess a minimum of 20 total years of experience supporting insider threat programs or insider threat related activities including but not limited to federal law enforcement, counterintelligence, and or security programs; with the most recent experience being at the General Officer or SES level. No minimum number years at the General Officer or SES level specifically required.
Possess an active Certified Counter-Insider Threat Professional - Analysis/Fundamentals (CCITP-A/F) accreditation.
DITMAC prefers a candidate who is at the General Officer / Senior Executive Service (GO/SES) level who is willing to obtain the CCITP within the first 90 days of starting, but will also consider candidates who are at the Senior O-6/GS-15 level who currently hold the CCITP.
Understanding of the DOD Intelligence Community insider threats and law enforcement policies/procedures.
Demonstrated experience with governing directives, insider threat guidance and policies, threat assessment/threat management, support to security, counterintelligence and/or national security and criminal investigations and operations, eligibility and access determinations for classified and/or sensitive information and providing support to workplace violence prevention.
A demonstrated understanding of the DOD Intelligence Community through direct support work experience to either the DOD IC or military.

ProSidian Seeks a Workforce Relations Specialist in CONUS/OCONUS - Norfolk, VA to support an engagement for an agency within the United States Department of Commerce that focuses on the conditions of the oceans, major waterways, and the atmosphere. Dedicated to the understanding and stewardship of the environment, the Agency's mission is to understand and predict changes in climate, weather, oceans, and coasts, to share that knowledge and information with others, and to conserve and manage coastal and marine ecosystems and resources.
The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide multi-functional mediation and/or arbitration services for conflict resolution among personnel in various offices and platforms of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Creating a safe, civil, and productive work environment is paramount to the mission of the NOAA and its offices. The purpose of conflict resolution within NOAA offices is to acknowledge and address conflicts before they become a serious issue.
Workforce Relations Specialist Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and The Workforce Relations Specialist will provide mediation for conflict resolution among various offices and platforms within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO).
This person will collaborate with the OMAO Human Resources team to provide support conflict resolution on a variety of complex employee relations matters. These matters include disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, employee issues, unpleasant event occurrences, etc. The ideal candidate will collaborate with OMAO to act as a neutral third-party mediator and resolve conflicts that promote a safe, transparent, and productive work environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead detailed, factual employee relations reviews and summarize findings in a written report.
Research and understand agency policies, guidelines, etc. to better assess conflict.
Collaborate with OMAO personnel and HR to review current and potential conflicts that arise in employee/agency interactions.
Provide completely neutral guidance to effective conflict resolution.
Provide guidance to the OMAO and its employees in various matters.
Identify mediation trends and adhere to best conflict resolution practices.
Have a strong understanding of federal government business operations and work process.
Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution assigned work functions.

Qualifications
The Workforce Relations Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. In addition to providing maintenance and troubleshooting assistance on its assigned systems that is beyond the scope or capability of intermediate level support, C3CEN provides a point of contact for technical liaison and information.
The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide Logistics Services for The Coast Guard Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN), Product lines (PL) and Core Technologies (CT). Equipment and Quality Assurance Specialist (ES / QA) - Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and provide Equipment and Quality Assurance Specialist (ES / QA) ES/QA services in support of C3CEN's PLs and CTs. The following support services are required:
Work with USCG COEs and PLs on lifecycle support of systems to prevent interruption of maintenance and mission.
Review and make adjustment recommendations to match inventory and maintenance requirements for C3CEN-supported systems.
Provide customer support to Coast Guard field units to promptly resolve maintenance and logistics questions.
Monitor stock availability and recommend actions necessary to maintain mission requirements.
Respond to requests for excess material at field unit level and prepare validation/valuation packages to establish due-in for return of reusable material.
Review and provide recommendations on Engineering Change Proposals prior to submission to a Configuration Control Board (CCB), analyze configuration and supply data to identify and correct discrepancies, as well as assist in stock control.
Incorporate SDLC documentation IAW COMDTINST 5230.66 (series), C4IT SDLC Policy.
Manage equipment through the use of one or more of the following data bases: Navy Configuration Data Managers Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA), Seamless Product Information, Data Exchange, and Repository (SPIDER), and the NITRA compiler/parser.
Provide quality assurance review of PL/CT maintenance and supply plans; identify and correct deficiencies in required logistic support elements necessary to maintain C3CEN supported systems.
Collaborate with PL/CT Item Manager on parts management and establishment of field level allowances.
Enter data into Asset Computerized Maintenance System (ACMS) and/or FLS.
Assist in the collection, analysis, and preparation of required technical data and documentation to include the development of desk guides and standardized configuration drawings.
Review engineering data, job aids, technical guides/documents, desk guides, and illustrated parts break-downs prior to field implementation to ensure consistent high quality product delivery (This includes providing technical editing of documents as well as identifying and preparing illustrations/images).
Review and provide recommendations on Engineering Change Proposals prior to submission to a CCB, analyze configuration and supply data to identify and correct discrepancies as well as assist in stock control.
Participate in supportability analysis to include Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
Provides quality assurance review of PL/CT maintenance and supply plans; identify and recommend corrections to deficiencies in required logistic support elements necessary to maintain C3CEN-supported systems.

Assign tasks for other ES/QA personnel.
Maintain the ES Desk Guide (CDRL 009) for use by all C3CEN Government or Contractor personnel assigned ES duties.

Qualifications
The Equipment and Quality Assurance Specialist (ES / QA) - shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.

The proposed personnel evaluates analytics publications and develops content metadata so that information in the publications can be identified, retrieved, and managed in repositories and delivered over the World Wide Web, the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SPIRNet), and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System. The incumbent should be familiar with commercial technologies, (e.g. Adobe's Extensible Metadata Platform (XMP)), and existing metadata schemas (e.g. the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative (DCMI), Publishing Requirement for Industry Standard Metadata (PRISM), or the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)).

ProSidian Seeks a Lead Inventory Management Specialist (IMS) - in CONUS - Portsmouth, VA 23703 to support engagements for a branch of the Dept. Of Homeland Security that supports the Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) to develop, build, field, train, and support advanced electronic command, control, and navigation systems. C3CEN facilitates evolutionary engineering that focuses on the rapid deployment of essential functionality followed by planned improvements based on enhanced or refined requirements. In addition to providing maintenance and troubleshooting assistance on its assigned systems that are beyond the scope or capability of intermediate level support, C3CEN provides a point of contact for technical liaison and information.
The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide Logistics Services for The Coast Guard Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN), Product lines (PL) and Core Technologies (CT). Lead Inventory Management Specialist (IMS) - Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and provide IMS support services in support of C3CEN's PLs and CTs. The following support services are required:
Process day to day supply support transactions in Naval and Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS) for assigned C3CEN PL/CT systems.
Provide inventory management assistance for the assigned system(s) and equipment through purchase, repair, disposal, and inventory analysis.
Review NESSS daily reports for requisitions, backorders, and transaction history to secure items, maintain inventory, assist with releasing items, and maintain inventory
Monitor and prevent repair and replacement part delays via daily review of
Quality Deficiency Reports (QDRs)
and
Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs)
from field units and provide assistance to units on returning or disposing of discrepant items.
Review the Frustrated Receipts Report and work with both internal and external responsible organizations to resolve issue and receipt discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
Assist in the preparation of all documents to the point of signature only by Government personnel for the repair/purchase of assigned equipment and material.

Qualifications
The Lead Inventory Management Specialist (IMS) - shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position.
Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Qualified personnel shall be able to perform roles and responsivities to perform all requirements specified with specific minimum qualification requirements include:
Shall have a minimum of 3 years of Federal Logistics Management experience.

ProSidian Seeks a K2 BlackPearl Workflow & Forms Technology Professional / K2 SME (Contract Contingent) located In Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area) "to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of A Federal Government Agency. The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of A Federal Agency's Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of A Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities. We are currently seeking a Junior Data Management Analyst to join our team remotely.
What you’ll do:
The Data Management Analyst will provide Data Analysis and Data Base Management support to the U.S. Navy’s SEA21 Program Office
Responsibilities:
Track and monitor data submissions
Provide status reporting on data submissions as defined by the statement of work (SOW)
Receive, handle, and transfer classified data via hard copy or by electronic means
Review and consolidate functional change and enhancement requests for the database
Provide a quality check to verify proper incorporation of all approved changes to the baseline documents
Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients
Qualifications:
Minimum One (1) year of experience in Data Analysis/Management or combined two years of experience in two or more of the following areas:
Data Management
Planning, organizing, completing, analyses, studies, and procedures
Associate’s degree from an institution accredited in the United States
Active DOD Secret security clearance is required
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required
