Job Description

The Technician must also be able to read, comprehend, and execute steps found in various procedures from numerous sources (Manufacturer, DoD, Industry Standards, etc.) with confidence and be able to communicate required steps as required.
Responsibilities
Complete various calibrations in a timely and accurate manner.
Travel to and from customer locations and stay overnight when required.
Maintain a working knowledge of our customers and their individual requirements when necessary.
Identify and prioritize customer equipment to maximize efficiency and reduce Turn-Around time.
Analyze customer needs and identify additional opportunities with the customer.
Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
Requirements
Strong communication skills.

Production Technician

Who You Are:
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the packaging and labeling of the finished goods at our cultivation and manufacturing centers. You will be responsible for the production of a variety of finished products including packaged, dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges and vape pens, and infused products. Our production team is expected to maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products and will carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging, and labeling per standard operating procedures set by Curaleaf and our production management.
What You Will Do:
Stage product and packaging supplies across various production lines to meet daily production schedule
Perform quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf's procedures
Increase operational efficiency and reduce waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration
Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance, testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed Curaleaf's specifications and patient's expectations
Ensure 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout the entire packaging process
Operate in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, Curaleaf SOP's and all applicable required procedures
Ensure each product is properly labeled in compliance with state regulations
Work in a quick and efficient manner and strive to consistently increase productivity
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the extraction room while performing all duties
What You Will Bring:

The Technician Production Operations is responsible for accurately weighing and measuring chemicals, strictly following safety procedures, and maintaining precise documentation. These tasks are crucial for ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards within the organization.
This position reports to the Reagent Manufacturing Supervisor and is part of the Cellular Production department located in Hialeah, Florida, and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Accurately weigh and measure chemicals according to detailed procedures and formulas.
Strictly follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain precise documentation of weighing activities in batch records, logs, or electronic systems.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High school diploma or GED is required.
Demonstrated strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to read, understand, and strictly adhere to written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch instructions.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Who You Are:
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for the packaging and labeling of the finished goods at our cultivation and manufacturing centers. You will be responsible for the production of a variety of finished products including packaged, dried flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges and vape pens, and infused products. Our production team is expected to maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products and will carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, packaging, and labeling per standard operating procedures set by Curaleaf and our production management.
What You Will Do:
Stage product and packaging supplies across various production lines to meet daily production schedule
Perform quality assurance protocols as designated by Curaleaf's procedures
Increase operational efficiency and reduce waste through ownership, teamwork, communication and collaboration
Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance, testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed Curaleaf's specifications and patient's expectations
Ensure 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking and security throughout the entire packaging process
Operate in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, Curaleaf SOP's and all applicable required procedures
Ensure each product is properly labeled in compliance with state regulations
Work in a quick and efficient manner and strive to consistently increase productivity
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the extraction room while performing all duties
