Configures interfaces on Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, IIOS-XR, and NX-OS devices. Develops/modifies zone-based firewall policies on Juniper SRX Firewalls. Conducts firewall changes, creates or troubleshoots F5 iRules, manages DNS entries and port security. Logs and tracks all work products in ticketing system, recording applied diagnostic techniques used to complete the tasks. Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation for all troubleshooting procedures, patching plans, and required fix actions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree AND; 5+ years directly related experience or Master's degree and 3+ years directly related experience. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree for certain roles. Certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree for certain technical roles.
