Responsibilities
Provide support to include monitoring dedicated HR mailboxes, responding to employee inquiries, entering personnel data in an efficient and accurate manner, verifying data, testing new functionalities and processes, and generating reports.
Under direction of Benefits Manager, coordinate all aspects of the day-to-day benefits administration within HRIS (Workday) and integrated systems, including processing and verifying enrollments, terminations, and changes; ensuring benefits data and data feeds are accurate and timely; coordinating the HRIS details for all open enrollment cycles; and serving as primary benefits contact for employees.
Contribute to a positive employee experience by serving as point of contact to employees for basic inquiries for health, dental, FSA, disability, and transportation benefits while liaising with providers, deliver new hire benefits orientations including preparing informational materials and explaining benefit plan options, and coordinate the COBRA process and prepare departure paperwork.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, processing and tracking invoices and contracts, performing monthly credit card reconciliation, and other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Partner with the Payroll Manager to process leave and benefits-related payroll transactions.
Provide benefits program support such as coordinating 401(k) Retirement Plan education sessions, assisting with tracking FMLA and leave of absences, and managing employee files and documents.
Contribute to the planning and execution of activities for annual benefits enrollment, employee service recognition, Wellness initiatives, organization-wide meetings, holiday events, and other virtual and events.
Reconcile and process monthly insurance billings/ad hoc invoices in a timely manner, and maintain reconciliation spreadsheets.
Maintain physical and electronic personnel files and records: file paper documents, upload electronic documents to HRIS, conduct periodic audits, complete requests for standard verification of employment, and transfer of terminated employee files to offsite storage - handle confidential information with full discretion.
Review and update HR content in HRIS (Workday) and Microsoft Teams sites.
Assist VP, Human Resources, Senior Director of HR, and other HR teams with reports, correspondence, special projects, as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably Human Resources, or equivalent years of experience.
2 - 3 years of related HR experience including providing support to benefits functions and programs.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
Human Resources Information System (HRIS) familiarity.
Familiarity with teleconferencing software, e.g., WebEx, Zoom, Teams Meeting, etc.
Experience working with confidential information and Protected Health Information (PHI) within a professional setting.

Partner in HR and HR systems operational efficiency efforts (testing HRIS updates, reviewing and maintaining SOPs, staying current in best practices.
Participate in Total Rewards and broader HR special initiatives as needed.

During this internship, you will focus on research, development, and implementation of advanced RAG systems for our GEN5 platform. Research and implement novel RAG architectures optimized for multi-modal narrative data processing

Responsibilities
Improve bespoke framework (Databricks) that controls and monitors Data Quality in Azure Cloud

Support enabling Data Quality metrics that provides summary drill down view of Data Quality scores for Business and leadership

Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university
Strong foundation in Computer Science or related.
Effective skills in data processing (Databricks ETL, Azure Event Hub, Azure Functions, or similar).
Effective skills in Big Data environment in cloud for Enterprise Data Lake (Azure or similar), Data Warehouse (Azure Synapse or similar), and Data Hubs (Azure Cosmos DB or similar).
Effective skills in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
Ability to apply Data Quality dimensions and principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Major Job Duties:
