They are good at telling you what they think you want to hear. The challenges for work are good too

All their kind words are just to lead you along until they can get rid of you themselves, especially if you come to them through a company they bought.

They do come across as very kind as first.

They should try telling the truth right up front, especially when it's something so important as the continuing employment of a group they recently bought.
