Your Day-to-Day May Include:
+ Leading the design of end-to-end client experiences for the retention & expansion stage (post-sales) of the client journey
+ Analyzing customer insights (from external and internal clients) and behavioral data to identify pain points and opportunities for experience optimization
+ Creating user flows, journey maps, and experience specifications that guide implementation across platforms
+ Soliciting feedback and updating design iterations
+ Translating complex business requirements into intuitive, brand-aligned client experience solutions and technical requirements
+ Partnering with Platform teams, Analytics, or others to translate experience designs into technical requirements for web, CRM, marketing automation, third-party platforms, etc.
+ Collaborating with Experience counterparts to ensure seamless transitions and integration across the full client lifecycle
+ Communicating experience to business stakeholders through intuitive presentations and consumable deliverables

You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, CX Design, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred
+ 4+ years of experience in client/customer experience design, digital marketing, or strategy consulting; preferably within a B2B professional services setting

The base salary range for this position in the firm's Washington, DC, Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between $112,300 and $168,500 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm's San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $119,600 and $179,400 per year.

Specific to client interaction, you will play a key role in the delivery of engagements and work with chief operating officers, chief financial officers, and other senior client leaders to demonstrate your subject matter expertise as we seek to help them implement solutions in support of their broader strategy and goal of creating value.
Your day-to-day may include:

You have the following technical skills, qualifications, and abilities:

Your day-to-day may include:
Auditing transaction cycles, including cash, purchasing, investments, capital expenditures, and other income and expenses
Learning about client operations, processes, and business objectives, and applying the knowledge to enhance the audit
Working with the team to design audit procedures using audit technology and innovation tools. Researching accounting & auditing matters and documenting conclusions.
Listening and communicating clearly with clients to establish engagement expectations while building long-term relationships
Working at a client site, with your team in the office or remotely. We empower teams to listen first to expectations of clients and teammates; then you and your team can determine when and where to work. No matter when or where, you will have the support you need to thrive
Representing Grant Thornton at recruiting and professional networking events
Building your technical and professional skills through formal training

You have the following technical skills, qualifications and abilities:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines
Minimum of one year of public accounting experience in a mid-sized to large firm
Meeting education requirement for CPA certification in the state where you are applying for employment
Analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standards
Can manage multiple engagements and competing priorities
Value teamwork, are agile and know the power of building strong relationships
Can travel as needed (Travel expectation: up to 25%)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
