About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking an OSINT Fusion Lead to support a critical DHS intelligence operation focused on disrupting human trafficking networks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead OSINT collection methodologies and fusion tradecraft
Integrate open-source data with classified intelligence sources
Mentor analysts in advanced OSINT tools (e.g., Maltego, Babel Street, Echosec)
Develop and refine OSINT SOPs and collection plans
Participate in target development and pattern-of-life analysis
Serve as a senior advisor for OSINT techniques and capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, International Security, or a related field
8+ years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis and OSINT operations
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

SummaryThe Senior Procurement Supplier Management FLIGHT DECK Leader will collaborate closely with our supply base in developing and implementing lean principles to enhance operational capabilities. This role will focus on facilitating and leading improvement activity in partnership with our supplier teams at their locations. The PSM FLIGHT DECK Leader will also help develop and partner with other leaders in the organization in support of the overall FLIGHT DECK transformation, embedding FLIGHT DECK fundamentals into the supplier culture and driving a true continuous improvement mindset.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with suppliers to develop and implement lean manufacturing principles, ensuring alignment with GE Aerospace's SQDC priorities, with Safety as the top priority.
Lead supplier engagement initiatives to build capabilities in lean practices, including continuous improvement, standard work, and problem-solving techniques.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate suppliers on lean tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction within the supply chain.
Act as a liaison between GE Aerospace and suppliers to ensure alignment with FLIGHT DECK principles and strategic objectives.
Drive the adoption of lean tools to support supplier development, capacity and capability building.
Build supplier relationships and effectively operate as a trusted advisor to key supplier stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations, promoting a culture of safety across the supply base.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations supply chain or related sciences from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations and /or Training
Willing to travel 50% to 75%.
Desired Experience:
10+ years of experience in lean leadership roles facilitating kaizen events for value stream mapping, HK planning, 5S, Daily Management, SMED, TPM, Goal Deployment, Pull System, Standard Work, and Visual Management.
Proven experience in lean manufacturing, supplier development, or operational excellence in shop floor and transactional environments, consulting is a plus.
Ability to coach the knowledge of lean tools and methodologies, including continuous improvement, standard work, and problem-solving techniques.
Excellent communication (including public speaking) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong supplier relationships.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
Document all work performed and recommended on assigned repair order.
Communicate with service advisor when additional work is needed or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
Maintain technician proficiency as specified by Asbury standards.
Conduct road test to determine work needed and to confirm work was successfully completed when necessary and practical.
Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs and schools to continuously expand your knowledge of new technology.
Maintain manufacturer (CSI) Customer Satisfaction Index at or above the Asbury specified goal(s) in service for district, regional, and national scores.
Complete the work, notations, and time-keeping necessary to the successful completion of warranty repair orders and the filing of warranty claims.
Report to management any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers, or employees.
Perform all levels of diagnosis and repair on automobile and/or light truck vehicles.
Utilize hand-held devices to diagnose malfunctions.
Assist and help fellow technicians in the shop with vehicle diagnosis.
Participate in the training and developing of novice team members/technicians in the shop.
Take care to ensure that customer's vehicles are returned to them as clean as they were prior to being serviced.
Understand and complete required training for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policy, regarding safeguarding all customer vehicles, property, and information.
Minimum Requirements:
ASE certifications heavily preferred.
Manufacturer certifications heavily preferred.
Previous automotive technician experience required.
Must have basic tools.
Must have great technical and mechanical skills.
Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks.
Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).
