I thought the pros for working at Cushman & Wakefield are learning all of the different department in real estate.
My favorite Perk/Benefit was the unity of all employees. All departments was a team.
In my experience the cons of working at Cushman & Wakefield are striving for perfection. Its a good thing but can also be a lot of pressure.
What I like best about the CEO and the leadership team is they really get to know you. The awards are given every 2 months to all employee's deserving of such. This keep all employee appreciative.
I prepare for an interview by look in the mirror and ask myself questions. Practice makes perfect. Reading up on the company. Learning the companies core values.
Honestly, Cushman & Wakefield is the best company work culture that I've ever worked for.
In my experience, the compensation at Cushman & Wakefield when compared to the industry average is mid-grade across the board.
The representation of diverse demographics at Cushman & Wakefield is me. I overcame cultural barriers or biases. Cushman help me grow with interacting with employees with different backgrounds. We are all the same.
Personally the most fulfilling aspect of my work at Cushman & Wakefield is knowing my work made a good change for the better at all times.
The onboarding was smooth, the role was a good fit, and a great challenge. Benefits and salary were competitive, though the scope of work for that role was unrealistic.
That particular manager was fairly new, quite reactive, lots of micro-managing at first, and narrow minded overall. Not a good cultural fit for me, nor did I feel she was approachable.
My coworkers were great, and unlimited paid time off was lovely.
Creating a much more robust and explicit engagement during onboarding to support employees in enacting the culture. This company could sincerely benefit from a healthy re-evaluation of its culture.
He was approachable, a competent speaker and leader, and generally a respectable guy.
Reviewing the site, practicing lots of interview questions, creating a deck to present and being completely transparent in my answers.
Fair, competitive
Meh. Not as good as I'd like to see at all.
Delivering meaningful impact and being able to measure the impact; move the needle.
It was on the Google campus
Management style, lack of recognition, lack of growth
It was on the Google campus.
Good Company and people, Good benefits, challenging, good training and development
Unrealistic expectations at times
Growth Opportunities
It was a very friendly and relaxed work environment.
I have no complaints about the company.
I was only there for a summer as a Summer Helper so the experience would be my favorite benefit.
They treat you like a human being. They invest in their employees, and work to retain you.
the wage is low. With my experience and workload, I should be making at least $50,000 a year.
working Monday thru Friday. No weekends. And the benefits are excellent.
