Properly documents leftover foods, label/dates products, accurately logs temperature of foods, and accurately completes production records, noting prepared and leftover amounts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school Graduate or 1-year equivalent experience with commercial production food service.
Must have basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and simple multiplication.
Must know how to read, write, and speak English.
Licensure / Certification: Food handlers' certification within 6 months of hire.
Experience: Relevant work experience in a hospital setting, large institution or Commercial kitchen preferred.
