What you have: Bachelor's degree required. 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree. 6+ years of experience in enterprise-level talent program and process development and implementation with a focus on talent development (e.g. coaching, mentoring, rotations, leadership development, talent pipeline planning, learning, skills management). 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory or management experience required. Knowledge of various talent management technology solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with senior executives. Proven ability to develop and implement strategic talent management initiatives. Uses technology, AI, and/or automation to work efficiently and champions these behaviors among teammates. Stays attuned to advancement in research and practice and applies those insights to work. Proven ability and experience managing and influencing stakeholders.
