The people, Pay and benefits. Management was great, people are nice and peers are very approachable.

systems and processes don't and upper management is very disconnected from it. Someone is always placing the blame on someone else instead of trying to solve the problems.

Most difficult customer?

Oh god, haha. People in general are so persistent with things we *can not* help with. Waiting 2 years to dispute something, you're gonna have a bad time. People are generally difficult but specifically, this lady the other day was screaming and being annoying saying it was our fault she didn't pay her bill because her bed wasn't comfortable..... from 10 years ago lmao. That was pretty difficult because she wouldn't stop insisting on disputing it.

What made you decide to do this for a living?

I wouldn't say i'm doing it "for a living." I'm only 21, and i make reaaaaaaaaaaally good money for someone my age, at least where i live. Tons of vaca time, and they reat me really well. Already got promoted in just 6 months, so i could see my self making it a career off phone as a manager or something. But the actual call taking part is definitely not a career for me.

Do you ever go out of your way to help a specific customer? Why or why not?

Yes, i genuinely try to for everyone i talk to, because some of the companies that charge their cards are unjust and they dupe old people and it's not fair. Then you get *** that just charge a bunch of stuff and wonder how their bill got high and dispute everything, those people I just get off the phone.
