What You'll Get to Do:
Senior Division Manager assists the Division Contract Director in managing high volumes of work for the Civil Division of the Department of Justice.The Senior Division Manager must be capable of performing all Division Contract Director management and coordinating functions, as assigned by the Division Contract Director, and will be required to attend numerous periodic and ad hoc face-to-face meetings with the COR and Government Case Managers.
More About the Role:
The Senior Division Manager directs and manages multiple complex projects simultaneously relating to work of the Civil Division and client agencies. The scope of work includes both support to individual cases as well as support provided to Civil Division branches or offices through labs. All support requires proven and demonstrated experience and expertise with all tasks in the full life cycle of the EDRM process.Work includes a high level of administrative functions and oversight including cost estimation and budget forecasting. The individual will direct the work of litigation support staff in multiple geographic locations that are responsible for processing, loading, review/analytics, productions, pretrial and trial support for all cases and must possess a high level of experience and proficiency with DOJ tools including the advanced features of Relativity.
In addition, the Senior Division Manager participates as a Capture Manager on large and small scale proposals which includes determining solutions/themes, briefing executive leadership, preparing pricing, establishing teaming agreements and writing technical sections. When applicable, the Senior Division Manager also Identifies, procures and manages subcontractors for current and future business opportunities.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Increasingly responsible management positions with DOJ contracts, or comparable experience.
Broad and deep knowledge of litigation support.
At least 10 years of relevant work experience. Undergraduate degree strongly preferred. Law degree or other pertinent graduate degree helpful.
Broad and deep knowledge of business administration.
Broad and deep knowledge of human resource management.
Broad and deep knowledge of information management and eDiscovery.
Ability to lead cross-functional technical litigation support teams to identify program capabilities, assess resources, and collaborate with personnel ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope of budget.
Knowledge of the Government's IT environment and Security standards.
Experience managing large-scale technical projects and teams on Firm Fixed Priced, Cost Plus, Time and Materials or Fixed Unit Price contracts.
DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Subject matter expertise in discovery and litigation support, including industry certifications and demonstrations of prior experience managing the full life cycle of large scale litigation support projects
Prior experience directing the work of staff providing support to a DOJ section or office involving a laboratory environment and with a suite of DOJ standard processing and production tools
Experience with Data Analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
Experience with Relativity or other eDiscovery / Litigation review tools
Excellent soft skills including solid oral and written communication
Prior experience with trial support
Prior experience drafting proposals and with the proposal process
Expertise with DOJ tools including but not limited to Relativity and the advanced features of using the tool.
Prior experience managing vendor partner relations.
Technical knowledge and credentials such as RCA or CEDS

Peraton has an opportunity for a Policy and External Agreements Analyst to support a government customer. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance. The successful candidate will have prior experience supporting the Department of Air Force (DAF), an expert understanding of LNOs, 7600A/BPA Agreements, Staff Summary Sheet (SSS), use of G-Invoicing (GINV) tool, MOA/MOUs and Amendments, Assignment Memos/Assignee Agreements, NDAs, demonstrated experience working with Inspector General (IG) as well as deference for military protocols.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the overall mission of the agency while adhering to established processes required to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders and senior agency leaders. To successfully meet the performance expectations of this role, the successful candidate performs and manages the development, coordination, and maintenance of agency external agreements between agency and external organizations in accordance with DoD, DAF, and agency policies and reviews, revises, renews, and/or terminates agreements on an annual basis to ensure continuous improvement of External Agreements and continued maturation of agency. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in high tempo organization. Prior experience with SAF/IG as well as experience as Plans and Policy Action Officer is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Coordinates and collaborates with internal Directorates and external National, DoD, and AF Cyber and IT programs and agencies IAW DoD, DAF, and agency policies and instructions.
Drives identification, continual assessment, interpretation, and implementation of National, DoD, and AF strategies and guidance for application to agency missions.
Coordinates and collaborates with staff from DoD organizations and Federal agencies to interpret, develop, and modify policies to ensure efforts meet program needs.
Develops, manages, and maintains applicable Operating Instructions (IO) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required.
Conducts periodic, not less than annual, review of SOPs and associated activities to ensure continuous improvement of Strategic Planning and Policy.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Prior experience supporting DAF, preferably DAF policy management and or DAF instructions (AFIs).
Excellent oral and written communications skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD.
Experience with Military and/or DoD policies and procedures.
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Desired Qualifications
Prior experience working with or supporting DAF SAF/IG.
Prior experience as Plans and Policy Action Officer (AO).
Experience with Strategic Enterprise Planning for military organization a bonus.

Peraton is seeking a skilled Workstation Vulnerability and Patch Management Specialist to lead enterprise-wide vulnerability remediation and patch compliance initiatives. This role ensures system integrity, supports RMF compliance, and mitigates cybersecurity risk in alignment with DoD and NIST standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and remediate vulnerabilities across Windows and Linux endpoints using Tanium, ACAS, and Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM).
Configure and manage software update points, deployment packages, and automated patch rollouts via MCM.
Proficient in developing and executing PowerShell scripts to automate and enhance operational tasks within Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) and Tanium environments.
Responsibilities include scripting for software deployment, compliance enforcement, system inventory, log analysis, and vulnerability remediation workflows.
Monitor compliance and deployment success through MCM's reporting tools.
Implement phased deployment strategies to ensure stability and minimize service disruption.
Package and deploy software applications and updates across enterprise environments.
Maintain an application catalog for user-initiated installations, as applicable.
Manage software dependencies and prerequisites to ensure successful deployments.
Provide regular reports on patch compliance, system health, and remediation progress.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance or higher
Associate's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience; OR High School Diploma with 9 years of experience
Proven experience in vulnerability and patch management
Proficient with patch deployment tools (e.g., MCM, Tanium)
Knowledgeable in DISA STIGs, IAVMs, NIST SP 800-53, and RMF frameworks
Skilled in analyzing ACAS/Tenable reports and tracking remediation efforts
Candidate should be capable of writing efficient, secure, and reusable scripts to streamline endpoint management and support enterprise-scale configuration and patching processes
Preferred Qualifications:
CompTIA Security+, CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II/III certifications
Experience supporting DoD or federal civilian cybersecurity initiatives
Familiarity with ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing systems
Work Environment:
Ability to work on-site or in classified settings as needed
Availability for occasional after-hours support during emergency patching or system recovery

In this role you will assist in the evaluation and solution of potential field problems, referring them to Senior Engineers or Project Managers. Field Engineers provide technical engineering information and interpretation of blue prints, plans, detail sheets, and specifications for contractors. This position finds solutions to conflicts in design drawings and specifications by conferring with the engineering team, then coordinates agreed upon solutions with the various sub-trades. As a member of the Project Site Team, the Field Engineer coordinates inspections with consultants and authorities as required by the contract, inspects for conformance to design drawings, assists Project Managers by enforcing quality control and expediting subcontractors, reviews shop drawings for conformance with the contract, and ensures information is communicated to engineers and project managers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Support the enterprise architecture, design, development, and deployment of network services in support of government customer; perform site installations, technology refresh, develop implementation plans and schedules
* Research and implement enterprise-wide network solutions, capabilities, and enhancements to support customer business/mission goals and objectives, while complying with the network architecture and design standards
* Produce SELC project artifacts such as requirements, design documents, diagrams, and other required documentation
* Troubleshoot network incidents, providing root cause analysis and documenting information in tickets and knowledge repositories; support network traffic analysis and bandwidth optimization efforts; conducts site surveys and develops deployment plans

The **Aerospace Engineer** will work in support of the Army for the Network Modernization & Mission Network Technical Service Support program (NetMod). NetMod sets forth the work efforts required to provide product technical support services for systems and equipment being produced, fielded, modified or supported by PdM Network Modernization (NetMod) and PdM Mission Network of the Project Manager (PM) Tactical Network (TN) of the Program Executive Office for Command Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T). This support may also include future systems and equipment that is acquired for the Army to maintain its technological advantage.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Interacting with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design.
+ Participates in the development of test strategies.
+ Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex telecommunications problems that typically cannot be solved solely by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.
+ As a part of a team, design, integrate, and support Data/Voice/Video/ Telephony/NetOps and satellite systems in the tactical network.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Requires a Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, aerospace) or other technical science such as computer systems.
+ 15+ years of relevant experience.
+ 5+ years in the Department of Defense contracting market of major weapon systems product development and acquisitions.
+ Experience using mathematical models to analyze satellite systems, power distribution, and system efficiency.
+ Experience identifying and resolving problems within satellite communications systems during design, testing, or installation phases.
+ Understanding of the interrelationships of telecommunications, computer science, and engineering principles.
+ Experience exercising independent judgment in performing tasks and tracing relationships using complex test instruments.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience as a Aerospace Engineer or performing System Engineer related activities.
+ Experience building and testing experimental models of mechanical devices to evaluate functionality and performance.
+ Experience creating schematics and blueprints for product components and systems within a project, considering factors like power requirements, load calculations, and safety regulations.
