The Construction Project Executive is responsible for the administrative and technical management of construction projects across multiple market sectors. The Construction Project Executive will be responsible for leading business development, pursuit, and pre-construction efforts to continue to grow our Construction Services team. The Construction Project Executive functions as the point person for each project and directs the projects forward, managing large and complex projects and overseeing multiple projects through all phases of pre-construction and construction. The Construction Project Executive is responsible for ensuring all projects adhere to corporate Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Construction Quality Control policy.
The Construction Project Executive shall have experience managing 3 to 5 simultaneous at-risk construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M or more in size. Job requirements may include travel, temporary duty assignments, or relocations. Willingness to travel for project assignments is a must.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead construction and design/build proposals to include planning, estimating, scheduling, subcontracting, detailing technical and management approach, past performance, and HSE and Quality compliance.
Lead the negotiation of all Owner, design partner, consultant, and trade partner agreements and contracts.
Lead and manage large, complex projects and oversee multiple projects through all phases of pre-construction and construction.
Provide senior-level leadership to Construction Project Managers for all activities related to planning, budgets, contract administration, change orders, submittal, procurement, and schedule.
Lead and supervise multiple project teams and provide mentor-ship to Construction Project Managers.
Lead efforts to properly staff project requirements ensuring the project team have or obtain necessary and required training for successful accomplishment of job duties.
Lead and support Construction Project Managers on financial performance and reporting of assigned projects including monthly forecasting, managing commitments, and monitoring costs incurred. Responsible for delivering the project for as-bid gross profit or more.
Lead and support Construction Project Managers on safety performance to ensure compliance with corporate policy and site-specific health and safety plan, incident reporting, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Responsible for endorsing a zero-tolerance environment on site.
Lead and support Construction Project Managers on quality performance to ensure compliance with roles and responsibilities are understood, contract documents are adhered to, and the delivered project meets the contractual and design requirements.
Lead and support Construction Project Managers with client management to ensure the owner is always informed and current on the project status and open issues are resolved promptly. Responsible for owner satisfaction with the end-product leading to repeat work and exceptional project references.
Have thorough knowledge of BRPH's contracts, insurance requirements, security requirements, and policies and procedures.
Participate in strategic growth initiatives and overall management for the Construction Services Business.
Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field. Graduate degree in engineering or business a plus.
10-15+ years of construction experience.
CMAR experience with a large general contractor.
Extensive knowledge of the construction industry with strong relationships with trade partners.
Design-Build experience required with DBIA and LEED Accreditation a plus.
Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subcontractors.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team; minimum 10 years supervisory experience.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for the work and industry is a must.

The Project Manager is responsible for successfully planning and managing US Federal government projects to meet and exceed the customer's program expectations and the BRPH Mission and Vision as well as Stakeholder expectations. Assignments requires independent judgement and the strategic application of a complex solutions. Must make decisions independently to plan, coordinate, and multiple manage projects within a program. Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for successfully managing his/her assigned projects to meet the customer's program, expectations and the Firm's Mission and Vision. Assignments require independent judgement and application of a non- routine, complex nature, under the supervision of the Director of Project Management. Assignments shall include variables and be complex. Makes decisions independently and represents the company and the customer to resolve important questions and to plan, coordinate, and manage projects. The knowledge and expertise required for this level of work results from progressive experience and education.
In performing Project Management duties, the Project Manager shall:
Understand the project scope, goals, and limitations.
Understand and visualize the customer's goals and expectations.
Communicate with the customer, the customer's assignees, the design team, the construction administration team, the contractors, and all agencies, as necessary, which are involved in order to successfully complete a project.
Comply with US Federal Government Criteria
U.S. Citizenship is Required and ability to obtain a Security Clearance and/or be able to access Federal Facilities.
Develop and manage project scope, budget and schedule in compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR).
Knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and their applicability to project design and agency requirements.
General knowledge of various Federal Government Agency project management policies and procedures.
Prepare project proposals and contracts in accordance with Firm's policies.
Plan the project including activities, schedule, milestones, cost projection over timeline.
In concert with Department staff, establish the Firm's project budget, communicate and distribute the budget, manage and control the budget, report timeline status accounting.
Request staff allocation to successfully fulfill the requirements of the project from both the customer and the Firm's goal.
Convey the customer's and Firm's expectations to the team members.
Lead and manage the project and the Firm's team (staff and consultants).
Control and coordinate the project, the team, and the customer to fulfill the obligations of the Firm to the customer, while maintaining quality, profitability, reputability and customer expectations.
Practice risk management throughout the project.
Prepare Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions and Division I of the Specifications.
Motivate and mentor team in conjunction with the discipline directors.
Prepare Project Status Reports including pertinent data, cost and profit projection vs actual over timeline.
Maintain good project documentation, files and records.
Prepare scope of work, obtain proposals, and prepare Agreements and Purchase Orders for required outside services.
Assist accounting in timely and accurate invoicing and accounts payable.
Promote customer satisfaction within the customer's as well as the firm's Mission.
Deliver or exceed the customer's expectations in accordance with the Firm's contractual obligations and the Firm's policies, including quality and profitability.
Provide necessary activities and documentation to close out project.
Maintain Firm's project data base for his/her projects.
Assist in marketing in accordance with the Firms' marketing plan and policies.
Assure project quality and attend Quality Control Review sessions.
Supervise assigned Project Administrator.
Assist in development and mentoring of Project Manager Trainees.
Promote communications, cooperation and quality among staff.
May visit construction site to review, monitor, and report progress and perform other construction administration duties, such as attend construction site meetings, review RFI's, prepare ASI's, PR's, prepare status/progress reports.

Qualifications:
