Monitor and report project performance including project spending, burn rates, and ratios. Maintain project database information, records, and files as required. Ensure completeness and accuracy of project information maintained in the project management and ERP system. As requested, review and verify employee time and expense reports. Coordinate information between Operations and Accounting group to ensure accuracy of client data. As needed, research resolution of accounting or documentation issues. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Must have bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. Prefer 3 to 5 years related project finance / accounting experience. Preferred Skills: Advanced skills in Excel. Knowledge of Deltek Vision ERP Software or other project-based systems. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
