The position is an intermediate to advanced Corporate Trust level position for the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Agency & Trust transactions. The position will assist in implementing, maintaining new, and existing transactions.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Special Agency (ABS, MBS and CLO).

Coordinate with Operations and clients for transaction set-up, activity and reporting.
Coordinate with Operations for inquiries from clients.
In all matters, demonstrate particular consideration for the banks reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
In conjunction with the CLO Service Team within Client Operations who currently identifies unsettled bonds and communicates trade status to our collateral administrator partners, assist in communicating the status of bond trades directly to our CLO clients daily and provide resolution.
Monitor SWIFT Connectivity including bond trade settlements
Monitor Bond Trade Settlements to assure settlement
Monitor Bond Settlement - Fail Trades Report client setup
Coordinate CIDD Setup - PDF, XML with client, Collateral Administrator partners and Client Product Support Team
Monitor CitiVelocity setup for account view access including Corporate Actions setup & coordination of training
Collaboration with collateral administrator partners in preparing Administrative Details that are distributed to clients
Escalation Point of Contact for the client matters which involve the Collateral Administrator, Product, Transaction Managers and Operations
Liaise with the collateral administrators, Transaction Managers & Operations with respect to the quarterly payment date process
Monitor at each deal closing to ensure that trust account openings and MMF account openings are processing timely to avoid delays & compensation claim payments
Work on creating efficiencies that will improve processes between Operations, Transaction Managers, and collateral administrators
Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience (e.g. operations, transaction management, product management)
Demonstrated experience in deal implementation, deal maintenance, and direct interaction with clients
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Ability to manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirement
Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge

Summary:

* Develop internal materials for senior leadership and the board that evaluate historical and projected business trends, energy and capital market trends, the financial impact and rationale for potential strategic alternatives, and other information as requested
* Prepare external presentation materials, press releases and other materials necessary to facilitate potential transactions, investor conferences, quarterly earnings, meetings with current and prospective investors, and various other situations
* Assist in the preparation and management of data rooms, marketing materials, information requests and other information flow for various strategic alternatives
* Interact with debt and equity investors related to various strategic initiatives and capital raising efforts

Education, Qualifications and Experience:
